Reservations / Cancellations:

• For your reservation you must send a deposit (equal to 1 / 3 of the stay) in the 3 days following the confirmation, without which the reservation is not valid.
  
• Booking Cancellation: up to 30 days from the date of arrival, no penalty will be calculated, otherwise the deposit will be retained.
• For payments not accept checks, we accept cash and credit cards.
• The apartments will be occupied from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

N.B: The check in on the arrival day is from 4.00 pm. Clients must leave the room within 10.00 am of the departure day.

• Final cleanery (obligatory): € 45 (one-roomed), € 60 (two-roomed)
• Daily cleaning
• Bed linen on demand ( beds + bath): € 12 each set
• Security deposit: € 150 returned to you prior to your departure.
• On demand crib € 20 per week
• Extra bed on demand € 50 per week
• Small domestic pets € 25 ( forfait)
